Account Deletion Procedure

In-App Account Deletion
Simply follow the outlined steps below for account deletion through our app:
- Log In to Your Turnit Account
Log in to your Turnit app using your credentials.
- Access Your Profile
Once logged in, navigate to your user profile. This can usually be found by clicking on your profile picture or username, often located in the top-right corner of the application.
- Locate Account Deletion Settings
In your user profile, look for an option labeled "Delete Account”. Click on this option.
- Confirm Account Deletion
After reading the warning, you will be asked to confirm your decision. Proceed accordingly.
What if you don't have the app downloaded?
If you haven't downloaded the app and wish to request account deletion, you can do so by filling out this form. Our team will review your submission to process the account deletion request.
What Happens to your Data after Deletion?
After the deletion of your Turnit account, you will no longer have access to it. Nonetheless, your data associated with our platform will be maintained, and your personally identifiable information—such as name, username, address, phone number, and email—will be anonymized as a 'deleted user' for legal purposes. Please refer to the provided information for details on the retention period and the option to create a new account with the same username, though data will not be retained.
